Can God create a rock so heavy that he could not move it?

Question : Can God create a rock so heavy that he could not move it?
My answer to this question is NO...
God can't create a rock so heavy that he could not move. Not because he is not all powerful, but because he is. You see God is all powerful, eternal and absolute. Nothing can be greater than him.
Take darkness for example, darkness is the absence of light and absolute darkness is the absence of all light. There can be nothing darker than absolute darkness for absolute darkness is as dark as it can be.
My point here is that God is all powerful and by being all powerful nothing can be greater than God. I will also add that he is all powerful so nothing to be equal with him without being him.
That is about as simple as I can make it.

Wild Flowers

The next time you are driving home from work and you see wild flowers growing on the side of the road. Pick them and give them to your wife when you get home and just say "I love you" and mean it.

The Wisdom of a Man

After writing about fishing I got to thinking about all the other outdoor things my dad has shown me when I was young. Like how to shoot a gun, sting a bow, tie a hook to a fishing line, pitch a tent and many other things. I think these are an important thing for young boys to know.

There maybe no better place to teach your sons the ways of being a man then siting around a camp fire in the middle of the woods. the stars above, the sound of the wood cracking in the fire, a ball of fire that was once a marshmallow on the end of your stick, man that is the life.

Go Fishing

There is just nothing like going fishing with your father. Some of the best memories from my childhood are the times my dad took me and my brothers fishing. we would just sit on the river bank for hours waiting for that one moment when a fish hit your line just right.

Bein a Father

I would like to start off by saying that I am not a father, yet. Lord willing one day I will be. I know how people with out children do not need to give advice on how to raise them.
